We have worked to make our admissions process as simple as possible. Please read all the steps below and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
Step 2: Fill out the registration form.
This form is where you will select classes, complete the family waiver form, and complete the optional parent background check. Your enrollment fee will be due once your receive your child's schedule. Please pick a first and second option for each hour. Due to capacity issues, we cannot guarantee that you will get acceptance into every class.
IMPORTANT: Your registration is not complete until you receive and confirm your student's schedule, pay your enrollment fee (for everyone except full time OVA families), and fill out family waiver form.

Step 3: Pay the $30 non-refundable family enrollment fee (we will send you the link to pay this when we email your child's schedule).
Step 4: Start the OVA enrollment process* (if you are self-pay skip to step 5).

Here is a list of the documents you will need to gather and upload:
1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Parent/Guardian ID
3. 2-Proofs of Residency
4. Immunization Record or Waiver
For immunization waivers Call (734) 727-7125 & provide your kid's info & email to receive the instructions. This is the correct page for the website Immunization Coordination & Vaccines for Children Program | Health, Human & Veterans Services (waynecounty.com) Calling is what seems to work best.
5. Health Appraisal Form (DK and Kindergarten need a doctor's appointment)
The rest of the forms are available at the link provided at ADMISSIONS | oxfordvirtualacademy. I have used the Adobe Scan application on my phone to scan and upload documents before, it was very helpful.
Online Class requirements of OVA funded students.
All OVA funded students have an online requirement for each class to continue your funding. This is especially important for what we call "Count Day" which we will let you know about in advance.
